Shipping/FAQ
Please take note of the shipping times in each listing, if you are unsure please contact us. Shipping times are from 1-12 working days
We ship via courier only. No collections, post office or Postnet shipping allowed
Once you receive a tracking number please allow 1-4 working days for delivery.
Payment
Please make payment within 48 hours - all items not paid in this time will be cancelled.
Imports
Please note all items are 100% genuine and imported directly from the USA - you will need to purchase an international plug in order to operate your electronic devices.
Returns
All returns must be in the sealed original packaging. No refunds without the sealed, original unopened box. Do NOT open any watch without prior consent! The warranty will be voided if the watch is opened!
All our items are Parallel Imports this means they have been imported directly by ourselves and not by the manufacturer. All our products are 100% genuine products we do not sell fakes/replica items at all.
All returns/cancellations will carry a 15% cancellation/restocking fee
Warranty
We offer a 3 month warranty on all our products. (Please make sure to keep your original box if the item needs to be returned in this time you will need to send back the box as well)

All our items are brand new and 100% authentic
There are no hidden costs payable by you.
Non-defective returns will cost you a restocking fee of 15% plus shipping fees both ways. We do not refund opened box or used items
All items are parallel imports from the USA and as such carry a 3 month warranty only.
Refunds:
All refunds take 3-7 working days to process. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items - they must be returned in the original unused condition. No refunds on opened or used items at all.
All cancellations after payment is made carry a 15% fee
Out of Stock:
It may occur from time to time that stock levels are not automatically corrected on the system and items are no longer available, in this case we will issue a full refund to you. We do apologise for this and try to take every measure available to minimise this but we sell on multiple channels and updates are done manually.
